I'm pretty sure my tac65 and tac16 use k baffles. They are both pretty quiet. I think any current suppressor will be a good buy regardless of baffles used.

I guess if you're into that kind of thing (building). I'm not too sure that i'd spend the $200 to form 1 a home built suppressor. The suppressor industry spends thousands and thousands of dollars on R&D to get things right. It just seems easier to spend the money on an already built one that someone has already invested time and money into the research.
But hey, if that is your thing - go for it. Sounds like it could be a fun project if you already have all the machining equipment.

Yeah ... it's more of a fun project that I would like to do. Kind of like people building/assembling rifles when they can just buy one.
I would just like to give it a try.
I'm debating using the K baffles or mono-core with the staggered holes. I'm leaning towards the "K"s.
