Default Store that allow OC by policy?

I've been searching to see if such a thread exists, but I don't think it does, so I'm starting one. If such a thread already exists, I apologize.

What I'd like is a list of stores (preferably chains) and what their official policy is regarding firearms.

    Example:
Store Name | CC | OC | NOTES
    Wal Mart | Y | Y |

I realize that a lot of people have OC'd or CC'd in various stores many times without incident, but what I'm looking for is a list of places that have actual policies regarding the matter.

Best Buy follows state law regarding gun carry. So OC is ok in PA.

Carol Shoppes Florist in Reading, PA actively promotes OC on the premises.

...yeah, I know, not a franchise, but couldn't resist.

I actually would like to see a searchable database of all stores in PA, their location, and their policies if the owners of PAFOA are up for setting it up.
