I got a notice to appear in this case today. At first I didn't know what it was, but then I looked up the docket and discovered that the PSP has apparently apprehended the perp who burglarized my home last year.

why didnt they add ur house to the rap sheet? why only 5 grand for bail should be over 20 grand he burglarized your house ....he should get a couple years in prison without bail.

Congrats! I hope he ends up off the street for a very long time and with a nice cell mate named Tyrone for the grief he caused you family. May he have whats coming to him!

I don't know why the bail was so low. I was not even notified until after the arresting officer requested a continuance at the prelim. Apparently, they forgot to subpoena me for the prelim.

We'll see what happens. It's definitely a felony, so yeah he'll spend a few years in Graterford..
