I called the township where the LEO is from to find out what it was about. The dispatch lady said she would have an officer call me back.

Ok, as it turns out, the LEO is a big Jeep fan. He has two of them himself, and just stopped by to check it out. I talked with him for a while about Jeeps. Then we got on the OC subject. He told me that when he retires, he is going to go balls out with the whole open carry issue. He wants to make sure that our rights stay intact.
