L&M Sports in Beavertown
I just bought some powder at L&M Sports in Beavertown. It's only the second time I've been there but they are friendly and really want to make your experience enjoyable. They have a little bit of everything from guns to reloading to archery to blackpowder to fishing to paintball. All in a 2 car garage. If you are ever in Beavertown go up Center St about as far as you can and it's on the right.

Re: L&M Sports in Beavertown
Glad to see another shop in the area. Couple questions for ya if you don't mind. How was their handgun stock? How were their prices on stuff in general? Do they do any gunsmith work?

Re: L&M Sports in Beavertown
I have no idea about their pistol stock. I think they keep the guns in a safe as I've seen no new guns on the rack. Maybe they are an order only shop right now as they are rather small. They did have a few old used shotguns and muzzle loaders on the rack but that's it. As for gunsmithing, I don't know either as I've always dealt with the "bow guy" not the "gun guy". A couple of guys with different specialties are partners. Apparently the "gun guy" is always there later than I am because of his other job. Since they local I am going to give them business. Maybe we can help them grow so they can expand.

As of right now, they are a non stocking store but will order out of their supplier catalog and charge you $30 bucks plus shipping over their cost.

Thank you for that info. I will keep that in mind when I need another gun.
