My point for posting that was to show how Philadelphia makes up it's own rules.
If guns kill people, then pencils misspell words.

Above would allow them to thus enter your property and conduct a search. Maybe I misread that section of the court case but I still feel that it can cause problems for people in the future if a DA decides to pursue it and that it is relevant to police who REASONABLY believes that you possess a weapon in the vehicle. I do NOT believe it to be in any way legal but a potential future case.

Just to state something here to make it clear to the OP and others. In PA you are not required to inform a cop that you are armed during a traffic stop ( I know, Philly says you have to )

However, some states do require it. If traveling in a reciprocal state that recognizes PA LTCFs, you must check their laws as to informing a cop, as well as other laws pertaining to the carrying of firearms.

I didn't think it was true but a local FFL a few months ago was having a conversation with a customer while I walked and said they tied your LTCF to your DL/License Plate so the police know you're carrying when you get pulled over. I happen to think this may be true for PSP only due to their "registration".

Nope, I have no gun information when I run your license or registration.
