Default OC report for NoVA and PA

So I went down to see my parents yesterday and we stopped in NoVA to get some stuff at the store and a bite to eat at McDonald's.

Pretty uneventful stuff. We had to get diapers at Giant, we stopped in, gave the guy at the front a dollar for the salvation army. Got a few looks in the store but over all uneventful.

We headed over to McDonald's to grab a snack and drink, I had to drain the lizard. There were some kids being a little rowdy when I walked in and got quiet as I walked past, eyes wide as saucers.

The lady in the drink line looked down said "aye"! and jumped back a bit. I think I startled her a bit. She said nothing.

Coming back today I stopped at the welcome center in PA to rearm myself and take a piss. No sooner did I walk in, a rest stop attendant came up and told me "you can't have that in here" I said "That's none of your concern" she replied with "It's illegal" to which I said "No its not, this is state property" I side stepped her and continued to the restroom. I got a few head turns from some New Yorkers, otherwise nothing except the rest stop attendant. I'd hardly take legal advice about PA gun laws from a rest stop attendant.

Doesn't it always happen like that? lol I keep them in the map pocket of my drivers door, so if I need to grab one they're right there.

I normally keep them in my pocket, but for whatever reason I emptied my pockets in the car before we cam back. I really don't like sitting on things while I'm driving.

Oh well she can be a sheep.

    Nice report!

I love Virginia. Great 'atmosphere', and a little bit of everything inside.

Yeah, woulda been nice if you had handed her a flyer, but good on you for standing your ground.

That rest stop is real close to me, and I pass it twice a day on the way to work.

Maybe I oughta stop in from time to time.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Yup, just after the state line before Greencastle.

I know exactly where it is - I've stopped there to re-arm after traversing the PRMD as well!
