    Default PWS Diablo Uppers

Has anyone had any experience with these complete uppers.
They are Gas Piston Driven with 7" polygonal bore SS barrels.
I was looking to get a 6.8 SPC to replace the LMT 6.8 I just sold.
And the 6.8 from a short barrel would make an awesome PDW.
I saw video of this thing hitting a 16" target at 300yds no problem.

    Available it both 5.56 & 6.8 SPC

    Features include:

    Polygonal Bore SS Barrel and Bolt (5.56 - 1:8 Twist) (6.8 - 1:10 Twist)
    Long Stroke Piston System
    Billet Machined Charging Handle
    VLTOR MUR-1 Upper Receiver
    Y/M National Match Carrier
    QPQ Coated Internals
    Magpul XTM Rail Panels
    PWS CQB Comp

Can't comment on quality or anything ... but that's pretty impressive. That video with him shooting 300yrds is funny ... just that picture of that upper with that scope.

Do you have a link to the video?

    Thank You!

Very nice - a 7" gun with consistant hits on an 18" steel plate at 300 yds - a thing of beauty.

The guys over at WarriorTalk seem to like PWS pistons as well:

    It was actually 330yds.
And the scope is the size of the upper...
It wouldn't be my gun for 300yds, but knowing that it's capable of doing it, is pretty impressive if you ask me..

I am thinking about the 6.8

    .

I wonder if anyone could duplicate that with a Suchka (krink) AK.

I would love to have that proven.

Same accuracy, more punch, much lower price.

So what your suggesting is getting getting a Krink re-chambered for the 6.8 round? That would be very interesting. The biggest issue with that would be the mags. But that aside ... that would be a great little gun.
