is rifle hunting legal in berks county?
I live in chester county. I know its illegal to hunt with a centerfire rifle in chester county but can you use a centerfire rifle in berks co.

Special Regulations Areas: (All of Allegheny County in western
Pennsylvania and all of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery
and Philadelphia counties in the southeast): Muzzleloading long
guns 44-caliber or larger, bows and arrows, manual or autoloading
shotguns .410 or larger using slugs and 20-gauge or larger using
buckshot. Buckshot may not be used in Allegheny County. Only
bows and arrows are permitted in Philadelphia County.

Yes, rifles are legal in Berks County.
Just remember your safety zones and what is beyond your target.
They are still talking of including Berks in the shotgun only regs because of the housing density, but so far, rifles are still good to go.
