PA non-resident permit?
Hi everyone I'm new here and have some questions about obtaining a non resident carry permit in PA. My first question is which counties are good with issuing to non residents? Also this may seem like a dumb question but I'm wanting a laminated permit, with a pic that will fit in my wallet, which counties issue laminated permits with photos? I was also needing to know which counties in PA will let me apply for a non resident permit through the mail without having to drop off the application in person?
thanks for any help with this guys.

Re: PA non-resident permit?
Best sheriff for out of state licenses is Denny Nau in Centre Co.:

You must have a license/permit from your home state to get a PA License (if your state does issue them).
Not sure if he puts a photo on or not, but if you ask him to and provide one, I imagine he would. And yes, he does it all thru the mail.
