I've done a little searching for these sights and have seen a price range around $300-325 for front and rear pair. I also saw the fsmallbore front sight with one insert sold on ebay for less that $30.
The rear sight Item 712000 originally sold for 32.95 and the front sight Item 718003 sold for 14.95. I have that combo along with a Redfield X-Tube on my 52D that I bought new back in 1970. Some discussion has indicated that these sights may have had some problem with not adjusting evenly with each click. I have not experienced anything like that with mine. Really neat to see two sets of these! How in the heck did you end up with them? Looks like some shooter had one set for his smallbore and another set for his big bore rifle. I have the original catalog sheet showing all their models and prices circa early 1970s. Are you interested in selling your sights or just wanting to know their value?

Thanks for the response. I actually ended up selling both of these. Bought them at a flea market for $15!!! Sold them for quite a bit more.

Holy Cow! Sure wish I had found your posting sooner. You got a super deal on those sights. Obviously, they are valuable only to those that know what they are and have a need for them. IF you ever run across sights like that again, send me an email. (I won't hold my breath, though, since I know the odds are like once in a lifetime. Ha! )
    Great talking with you.
