Did you check the stickies in the NFA section? They are in the section right above where this post is, kinda like FAQ's.

Read this: http://forum.pafoa.org/nfa-class-3-t...a-jaybell.html
Then Read this: http://forum.pafoa.org/nfa-class-3-t...ppressors.html
Decide what you want to suppress, find a dealer, call the dealer and have them walk you through the rest that you don't still understand.

Re: Suppressor - Step by Step Istructions (non-trust)
If you have a Class III dealer in mind (someone licensed to sell NFA goodies), he will be able to set you up. When I bought my first (and so far only NFA item) silencer, the dealer walked me through all the steps. The first step will be paying up front the full price of the item.
It's the hoops more than the $200 tax that are why I still only have one NFA item after nearly ten years.
