Got my first pistol - Beretta Neos 4.5

Got it used off of gunbroker.com from another local.

Can't wait to go shoot it. It fits my hands very well as I have small hands. I can see where some would not like the rakish grip/slide interface if they had thick hands.

Thanks! I will probably get one of the longer barrels in the future for some kind of optics and keeps the shorty for open sight shooting.

I just cleaned her all up. The bore was excellent, but there was a little build up on the firing pin head and lack of lube on the slide, and slide lock - now the slide lock pops up every time smoothly, and the slide is moving easier. She's a gonna be fun!

Congrats on the new gun. The Neos is a great gun that often gets overlooked...maybe because it looks like a space gun?

I expect to get a larger caliber in the near future, probably a 9mm - now I just need to narrow down my field of choices! Ridiculous amount of guns to choose from. The shopping/research is part of the fun though.

I like those a lot too. Might have to get one at some point. I like that they "act" like full size autos with the full slide action.
