Hornady Critical Defense in .380 (In stock)

PASSING ALONG SOME INTEL:

I was down in New Castle, DE Monday and stopped in Millers Gun Store on Rt. 13. When inquiring about .380 ammo, I was told "all we have is this defensive stuff". Lo and behold, he pointed to 10+ boxes of Hornady Critical Defense ammo! .380 has been hard to get, but I never thought I'd see this actually in stock anywhere anytime soon.

THE GOOD NEWS:
Miller's decided that that they would not raise prices to gouge their customers. It was only $21.50 per 25 (plus no tax in DE).

THE BAD NEWS:
Since they were not going to raise prices, they are limiting ammo purchases to two boxes per person so everyone can get some. Fair, IMO.

Get it while it lasts!

Just came back after making the 40 minute trip from Exton to New Castle, DE for 2 more boxes. Luckily I called ahead because I was told I got their last two boxes of .380.

On the way home I stopped at Targetmaster and looked for ammo. All they had in .380 was 3 boxes of Critical Defense @ $24.99 a box. I picked up 2 more and left the last box for someone else.

I'm done. I've got 100 rounds to check for feed reliability and 50 for carry. I know it's expensive, but how much is your life really worth it you're going to CC?

Midway USA's website says their expecting some soon but I'm not holding my breath.
