You could also check the NRA web-site. They offer a reloading basics course and list it by state. At least they used to.

I'm looking for a rifle reloading class. I checked with the NRA but they currently don't offer any classes in PA. I tried a couple local ranges but still no luck. I know you can learn from a book but I would rather learn from a professional.
