First shot at a resto
Long story short, rescued a few rifles from an uncle's basement, where they've resided the past 15 years or so wrapped in newspaper. More pix to come later, but the first project was a Mauser 98 8mm. Rusty, dirty, nasty mess when I got it. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, as was my uncle.

Unfortunately no. I honestly had no hope for it when I started, but now I wish I did.
