Best Local place to buy .45acp
I just got to shoot my new .45 today. It's a Hi-Point. Yeah I know, but it never failed today. Every time I pulled the trigger, it went bang and cam back to ready with out fail. Was just getting the hang of aiming when I ran out of ammo.
So now that I got a new "toy", where's the best place in the Pittsburgh to buy .45 ammo? I know Wally-world is a favorite, but I hate going in there a dealing with the other customers. I've seen sales at Sportsmans Warehouse and heard of good prices at Dunhams. Just wondering if there is any where else I should look? I have feeling I'll be going through a lot of .45 ammo.
Thanks

try www.dansammo.com He is located in Pittsburgh and has a good reputation online. You can go pick it up from him and save on shipping. Dunham's isn't very good for ammo pricing my friend. You can also try these two online dealers. They are both located in OH.
www.aimsurplus.com
www.ammunitionstore.com
BTW, there is nothing wrong with having Hi Points. IMO, they are ugly as sin, but they work when you need them to, so who cares of people bash on you for owning a Hi Point. But for under $200 pistol, I'd recommend the Makarovs.

if you just want FMJ for the range, Wal-Mart actually has a good deal on boxes of 50 and 100. I've even got them cheaper there than in large bulk from cabelas or internet based vendors.
