Re: Army Navy Whitehall!!!
Um.....this is an entire thread based on bashing Army and Navy. Maybe you would get rep'ed for the "take your money elsewhere" suggestion that everyone always loves on another thread....except for one problem. This is called "where to NOT spend your money." Im just trying to warn people from being swindled and wasting their money at this store.

I really don't know or care about "another thread", and the last time I checked this section is where TO or not to spend it, you choose not to...great!
In just last last 2 pages you have like 4 or 5 replies, obviously you're trying to make the point of you don't like this place...we got it move on.

Re: Army Navy Whitehall!!!
This is strange but all the negative comments on the Army Navy store makes me wanna actually go up there and see if it's as bad as people are claiming. I could always use more ammo or a new gun. O hell, it's Christmas. (yes, I realize I put hell and Christmas in the same sentence..prob not a good idea.)
I would rather die in a shootout than get assassinated in a "gun free zone"

Like a said about a year ago, I've been there a few times. Open carried every time. Staff was friendly but a little dull.

That's about 90% of the shops i've been in.
I'm not condoning poor attitudes from businesses, but I would prob be dull, aggitated as well after dealing with some of the people thay have to deal with. This goes for any business, prob why I don't do customer service work anymore.I would rather die in a shootout than get assassinated in a "gun free zone"

Re: Army Navy Whitehall!!!
I stopped in there on Tuesday afternoon. The store was busy, but the gun area was not. I browsed quickly at the guns and ammo. One customer had some questions about a pistol, and one of the employees answered him right away. Couple of guys checking out the holsters.
I bought a few guns there about 2 years ago. Never had trouble getting help from the employees. I even had a nice conversation with one of the guys about cabins in the Pike County area.
Just my observations from shopping there several times. I have no issues with them, and I have no problems with stopping in there when I'm not busy.
