open carry brings trouble
i feel that open carry would just bring more problems dont you think such as it would make a bad ass more bad ass if he saw someone carrying a gun or it would make a cop more paranoid that i am looking for trouble ? i never saw anyone open carry only during hunting season. for example suppose someone is open carry in a gang territory like in philadelphia dont u think that is dangerous

Re: open carry brings trouble
I agree; keep it concealed as it makes no sense to bring undesirable attention to yourself.

Re: open carry brings trouble
I'm not ashamed of carrying a gun. Carrying openly allows for a much faster draw, and the carry of a full size sidearm without discomfort.
That's all the reason I need.
If open carry is looking for trouble, well, so is long hair, torn jeans, tattoos, a red sports car, or any bumper stickers.Any mission, any conditions, any foe at any range.
Twice the mayhem, triple the force.
Ten times the action, total hardcore.

Re: open carry brings trouble
So you admit that you "don't understand" but then make a claim of fact that doesn't coincide with reality.
Claiming people who OC are "just looking for trouble" is not accurate and suggests there is only one reason to OC. Also incorrect.
If you are curious about "why" I suggest visiting one of the many existing threads on the subject to learn more: We certainly do not need another one.
