Default Topton Fish & Game members?

Just wondering if there were any Topton Gun Club members on here and if so, how would they rate the club. I have an application filled out and my check ready, but I was just wanted to check and see with some of you guys. I see on the website they have 3 rifle ranges and 6 pistol ranges, much nicer than I am used to. Also they have USPSA shoots every month. I would really really like to spectate some of those matches and eventually jump in and try my hand.

Any opinions or info would be great, thanks

I am a new member there, just this year. I have been there 3 times so far, to shoot. Not much has been cleaned up or set up, since the winter months are slow, so I am anxious to see it during the busy season.

I know there are several members from the forum that belong there so maybe they can speak up as to how things run.

Oh, and, the food at the clubhouse is good and inexpensive if you go there when it is open.

How busy does it get on normal days? I always like hitting the range on weekdays and having it to myself.

Good inexpensive food sounds great, might be worth joining for that alone

Don`t forget once you submit the app. you have to wait up to 2 mos. to recieve your membership. They meet every third tues. of the month, and you have to be approved (just a formality) for membership at 2 consecutive meetings. For instance if you get the app. in before May 19th, you will recieve membership on June 16th after the vote.
Very nice group of folks , my wife and I joined last week, still waiting

I'm a member there, don't get to go there as often as I'd like, but when I do go I have a pleasant experience. I don't like the recently imposed rule of "no carbines" on the pistol range, not even pistol caliber or .22lr. Also, be aware that automatic fire is not allowed.

Ten times the action, total hardcore.
