Who does lower receiver engraving?
I'm getting to ready to get my lower registered as an SBR. Who should I contact about engraving my name and city and state on the lower per ATF requirements?

You could try Richter Precision in Lancaster, PA. They have a FFL for receiving and shipping firearms plus an excellent full service CNC machine shop. I used to work there but I can't say what the prices would be like. Nice guys. Their website is richterprecision.com
