Anybody ever use Hornady TAP for range/defense?
I currently use 155 grain hydrashocks(.40S&W), but am always open to new "better" ammo for self defense. So far i like 2 options that are new but have not heard of any real world testing in balistic gel or wet phone books...Hornady TAP and Corbon DPX. Anyne use these loads? Which do you think is the "better" choice is out of the 3 listed including the 155 grain hydra shocks...thanks. Oh wait winchester SXT's should be on my list and Speer Gold Dots also...also i guess so of these 5, which is the better self defense round?
Edit: I just voted for what i carry now and the corbon dpx as this looks like a good round on paper.Last edited by jkroner659; April 30th, 2007 at 12:23 AM.

Most people carry hydra shoks because you can buy them almost anywhere. That's why I carried them before I finally found a place that sold Rangers online.
