I totally agree. You can't cure stupid. Especially by passing more laws and rules. My experience at Nockamixon, the few times I was there, was that officers rarely came through to make sure everyone was acting safely. Vandalism was an issue, as was littering. I understand that people were behaving poorly there.
That's the thing though. If you give anyone enough rope, they will hang themselves with it. Give the idiots a little less rope (so they can only hang themselves and not the rest of us too) and have officers swing through at intervals. The range isn't that far from the station, how hard could it be? Enforce the rules that already exist.
