Grice's in Clearview has Ruger LCPs for $219

That doesn't sound right to me. $319 is more of what I have seen.

How much can they be making on a gun this cheap. Their cost has to be more than this. I could be wrong though, and I usually am.

That would almost be worth the drive out there to get one, if it is true.

Keep in mind that 380 ammo is almost non existant so they might have reduced the price to get rid of it.

.380 usually hasn't been that hard to get for me(all of the crap is over priced im my mind though) but i haven't bought any for about a month, but thats all wal-mart ever had left in the past. When i got my LCP it was just hitting the market and I only paid about $239 so maybe they are just looking to move a bunch of them, I mean it sounds too good to be true, but it may not be, dunno

The Ruger LCP is seen as a knock-off of the KelTec P3AT, and maybe the novelty is wearing off???????

I have a P3AT, and it's not my primary carry, though I do see it as a warm-weather thing when a more powerful round and larger gun are not feasible.

I was there 03/20/09 and they were sold out of them. I picked up a flyer for their spring sale which was over the weekend of the 27th. They had them advertised at $319.00 and in a limited supply. They must have got a bunch in.
