Getting finger prints done?

Where do I need to go to get my prints done for the ATF paperwork? Thanks in advance; this is my first time doing NFA stuff.

Just go to your Local PSP Barracks and ask if they have a moment to do them.

Just tell them Fingerprint cards for the FBI.

In most cases, your local PD will do them too. I don't know about the PSP but my local PD charges a fee for printing.

Remember to make sure the ORI on the fbi-258 cards should be for the nfa branch not your local PD / PSP. ORI is the originator---so the fbi knows where to send the cards back to.

You can also roll them yourself...I have done that many times before I went the trust route. If you decide to roll them yourself, it may be a good idea to get someone to help you, so that you can focus on relaxing your hand/fingers while each print is rolled.

I asked the deputy at the Monroe Sheriff's Dept to do mine when I took my Form 1 in for a signature. They did them on the spot for me for free. Never hurts to ask.
