Matt's shooting supplies

On Monday I ordered 4 mags from Matt's Shooting Supplies in Dallas, Pa.
Tuesday he called and talked to my wife and told her that he was out of the mags and he would call later and talk to me. Around four o'clock he called and explained to me that he was sorry but he was out of the mags I ordered but that he would give me a little more expensive mags for the same price. I was shocked that in this day and age someone would take the time and trouble to make two personal calls to make sure that the customer is satisfied. The mags arrived today. They were as he promised. Needless to say, he will be getting more business from me.
