Walmart Ammo Thread

Speaking of Walmart's gun section...a few years back I was standing there looking at an empty register station and trying to get any employee's attention. I had recently noticed the number an employee had dialed to get on the store PA.

I dialed the number, and broadcast "Sales person needed in sporting goods. Customers waiting". Some level of management type responded, wanting to know who did that. I said that I had. "Don't do that again", said he. Yeah, sure, said I. He took care of my purchase though.

I think all the phones are gone now thanks to you. LOL

People get PISSED when they ask you for something and you happen to be outside of your "area" and don't know the answer.
"Well, can't you call someone who knows?"

There's no phones, and only team leads/mgrs have radios.
Good luck finding one quickly enough to not keep the customer waiting.

Oh, and FYI, the keys are kept in a lock box in the back near the office. Some approved associates MAY carry a key (I've never asked the details), but otherwise, someone needs to go in the back, swipe their ID, and sign out a key.

It isn't just PAFOA though. From the general consensus I'm getting on social media, gun owners are pissed. I don't think it's going to be the thing that tanks Walmart, but it might effect their bottom line some.

Yeah, it def affected dicks but Walmart will prob weather the storm better since it carries just sporting goods.
