This. It's not beneath a 1911 to chamber aluminum cased ammo.

Do you know of any indoor ranges in the area that do allow aluminum or steel cases? I'm curious because the three I've been to don't, but they don't mind you taking all the brass off the floor (I send mine back to freedom munitions for credit). Target master sells brass they collect for pretty cheap but it's sold "as found", not cleaned.

Anyway... My local Walmart has has tons of 9,40,and 45 consistently. Never any 380 or 22 though.

They let you pick up empties that are in your own lane, behind the firing line. Which is maybe 2/3 of them for me.

They acknowledge that the "brass cased only" restriction is because their recycler/remanufacturer won't accept them. I don't like it but they're still overall the best choice of range for me at the moment.

Lewisburg, PA had 1000rd packs of win m22 as of @ 2am. I saw 2 in the case as I went by. Price was @,$50. They also had cci stingers, I didn't see the price on those however. Plenty of the usual hand gun calibers as well. I left the m22 there against my better judgement . Any early risers in the area might make out well.

I shoot at "the gun range" on Percy Street in Philly.

Steel case, brass case, aluminum case... it's all fine, or at least I've never been bothered about it an have always seen steel cases on the floor...
