I can imagine the conversation "hey Bubba, put down yer beer, you gotta try this"....

BTW: I think this is a fake... (my opinion)
When you are called a racist, it just means you won an argument with an Obama supporter.

My comment was based strictly on the wound itself.
After WW3, only roaches will survive, and they will live in steel AK mags.

...the slide didn't even move, no recoil, nothing.
The slide moves a half second before the report, as the audio and video are not perfectly synced. That you can just barely see it isn't suprising since it is such a fast event and flash video isn't exactly know for high FPS. Watch other target shooting vids on youtube and you'll often not see the the action move.

Ever had a bleeding welt from a paintball at close range?

I'm not going to watch this over an over to determine if I think it's fake.

Thats damn good blood and wound effects if its fake. Im no Spielberg, but Ive done some sfx work in my day, and if I was going to put that much detail and realism into a wound, I'd damn sure make everything else look as real as possible. That just doesn't add up to using a dummy gun or even airsoft.

On the pessimistic side, yes a wound like that can be created with a blood pack, using the movements on and off camera that were involved. But like I said above, its several hours worth of work, and possibly several takes to get it to look 'just right', so I just cant see them botching the gun.

    But the framerate.... The framerate!

Low framerate allows for some wiggle room on realism.

You know, if you don't succeed at first, destroy all evidence that you ever tried!!!

This boy doesn't even know that simple rule. Here is his follow up attempt at trying to pull legs even harder:
