Default Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philly -- who owns it?

I gotta go to a shindig there in the near future and according to what I just read, they "prohibit" firearms. I hate like hell going to places where I can't carry, and it's even worse to think of parking the car and leaving something behind. Does this constitute fair warning for defiant trespass if I go armed anyway?

It's a state/city thing. Can't see why they would prohibit guns. Never seen any mention at the building itself and I've been there for many functions.

Ok, here's what I've been able to find.

The center is owned by the "Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority". Apparently, this is a gov't body, as Governor Rendell appointed someone to the board, and the PA Senate approved the appointment.

Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP partner Gregory J. Fox has been appointed by Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell to serve as a member of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority governing board. The Pennsylvania Senate has approved the nomination.
I'm not a lawyer, but I'd guess that like DCNR was able to prohibit firearms (until the legislature over-ruled them) this body probably isn't covered by preemption and can do the same.....

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong here...........

The 6120 preemption ONLY APPLIES to county level of Government and below (township, city, town etc). State level agencies are not affected by 6120.

18 Pa CSA §6120. Limitation on the Regulation of Firearms and Ammunition.

    (a) General rule. No county, municipality or township may in any manner regulate the lawful ownership, possession, transfer or transportation of firearms, ammunition or ammuni*tion components when carried or transported for purposes not prohibited by the laws of this commonwealth.
