What country am I in? This is certainly not the one I was born into... Now you're guilty no matter what the facts are? These people need to be removed from office.

This is just the narrowing of your rights.
    Death by a thousand slices
We didn’t stop them because we were law abiding and it didn’t affect us.
We didn’t stop them when they passed the Veteran Disarmament bill because it was only nut cases.
Now, all someone has to say that you threatened them and you will lose your rights altogether. FOREVER!!!!!!!!
Where are you going to draw the line?????????

So what the FUCK happened to guilt until proven innocent? What about found not guilty by a jury of your peers?

Seems to me this law makes it guilty until proven innocent ... where the hell did the country I love go?

I found both triggers to be terrible to me so the triggers are on a scale to me.. The Glock was a crisper suck and the XD was a more mushy suck. They are in the same family, SR9 (heavy suck), Glock (crisp heavy suck), XD( lighter mushy suck), M&P(heavy mushy suck).

I thought that was one of the questions on the 4473 - something about are you facing charges right now?

You are not nearly enraged enough!

It is not guilty until proven innocent. It is the guilty sentence immediately and forever if charged, REGARDLESS of, or if, there is any finding of guilt or innocence.

Looks like its about time we started e mailing our reps AGAIN on something that is totally out of control.....

Guilty until proved innocent as NOT the way our country was formed, at least not until now....

Time to get these people out of office before they do any more damage...

This is the email I sent to Mr. Musto, Mr. Eachus and Mr.McCall....................
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am appalled at the possible passage of this bill which allows a person CHARGED with a crime to be prohibited from possessing firearms before they are found guilty. To me this is GUILTY until proven innocent. That is the way our country was formed, ran and operated for over 200 years. Now there are some that feel that this process is wrong and we are to revert back to the middle ages and simply make everyone guilty before trial by ones peers, judges or others...

Please, please, please vote this bill down before this thing can actually be taken seriously by normal, well minded people.

    Thank You
