Just bought the same 556ER, though I quickly bought a few PMags for it.
looking at a new rear sight and an ACOG.

The 556 looks great next to my Sig P220!

I want to see how well it's put together first. I'm not a big .380acp fan, but the gun looks like it might be a winner. The price is supposed to be in the $450 - $500 range.

I bet it'll be alot like a Colt Mustang or Pony. I hope they come out with a DAO version if it takes off.

reviving an old thread to post a new member to the family:

i purchased a used Sig P228 Zurich Police trade in a couple months ago and love the pistol. Well that was until this little lady showed up and i had to trade in the worn out P228 for a Mint 1995 West German P228 with night sights and 3 mags. i traded the Zurich P228 for the Mint West German P228. now i just need to get that Sig P226 Navy Serial # NSW 0038 off layaway, and have my P220 Elite Stainless show up and i'll be one happy camper.

    Sigs multiply like friggin rabbits.
Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets.

Wow, this old thread is back up top.

I've added a few in the last 1 1/2 years

P210-6 (1998) only test fired at the factory

    P210-2 (late 70's early 80's) "shooter"

P228 factory nickel (1991) looks to be only test fired

    P228 TT (1991)

    P228 (1993)

    P229 SAS

P226 (1989) very low round count

    P226 NSW

P220 (1983 marked "Exeter") 9mm Euro, very low round count
