What will be legal?

If we assume that the guns on the to be banned list becomes law then what. I am not as up to speed as many of you but if I were to own one would I be breaking the law to keep it or would I be required to turn it in. Or does it only deal with the sale of....The other thing is many semi auto pistols hold more than 10 rounds in the clip. If one was to purchase a pistol today, assuming the proposed law was actually law, would one be better off with a revolver or a pistol limited to 10 rounds. This is just a question that comes to mind when I read the guns to be banned list. I don't own any now and definetely wouldn't want to break the law......Thanks

We don't know because the legislation has not passed. Please read the details in the other threads of what is proposed and then realize that the proposal and any passed legislation version can be very different from each other.
