Re: Open Carry Incident at Target World
Every employee at Target World carries openly, to all you guys who are commenting on them. In fact I don't think I ever saw even one single employee there conceal while working.

Re: Open Carry Incident at Target World
I'd really like to know who that lawyer was. That's a pretty fundamental issue to be wrong about.

Re: Open Carry Incident at Target World
Well they must think I am a cop then. And that is a stretch, although Jason thinks I look like a BATF guy. A few months ago I was in there for almost an hour looking around and talking to the guys behind the counter. I was OCing a SIG Sauer SP 2022, and at one point even referred to it and tapped it to make my point in the conversation with the guy behind the counter, and he was completely fine with it!
I do not doubt your experience at all, just saying it is a surprise to me. Hopefully they will get those guys straightened out.

Re: Open Carry Incident at Target World
I'm not sure why you think that some $8/hour retail sales clerk is supposed to be knowledgeable about gun laws.
I OC there often and have never been asked about it or lectured about it.
Not to worry though, because I hear that Target World did not have their lease renewed.
Something about that 202 bypass thingy.....
