One of a few of my toys. Fun taking it to the range and watching the guys that think that its an SBR

I bet your arm gets pretty tired holding that thing with the ARMS rails on it, heh. Looks cool as hell though.

yeah it tends to feel like a bump fired cheese grater after a while.

lol and if I put the beta on there without a forward grip Im thinkin I might have to get a skin transplant.

Its really not all that uncomfortable though. I had a mid-size AR with a similar rail system and damn it was not slow about reminding me why it was a bad idea lol

Either that or a boot transplant, meaning the ATF's boot up your ass for creating an illegal AOW. Yet another stupid law.

Stupid law indeed. Just one more way to steal our money is more like it.

So once you put a forward grip on a pistol it becomes a Any other Weapon? What if you attach a stock to a pistol, does it become a AOW at that time too? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    TIA

Pistol + Vertical Grip = AOW
Pistol + Stock = Short Barrelled Rifle

Both are Title II firearms and require registration/$200 tax per the National Firearms Act of 1934.

    Dan,

Thanks for the info, I wasn't aware and I'm glad I asked. I was going to buy a Vector (Special Weapons) V-53 pistol and put a retractable stock on it...won't be doing it now! Could you provide a good resource regarding Class II and Class III weapons? I would enjoy learning more about them.

    Thanks
