This has been a contentious issue in the past leading to locked threads and squashed toes at least.
Short answer is not yet..
Dan P, the founder, who controls the rights to "PAFOA" and its IP, has stated that they hope to resume T-Shirt sales in the indefinate future once there is sufficient time and infrastructure to handle it. I'm sure it will be clear when they are ready, but for now, no.
YMMV but I suggest we stop the thread here.
