Delaware County Form 1 Qs

Considering time lines, I'm now very seriously considering applying for an F1 tax stamp to build a suppressor. I've been doing a lot of research on manufacturing suppressors (that aren't soda bottles or some other crap).

I ordered finger print cards from the BATFE some time ago. They have not arrived. I do have PDF versions of the correct form. Still, I would be more comfortable with proper card stock. Will the local State Police supply card stock for me? I know they will do the finger printing. At least they did last time when I did a Form 4.

Do I need a carry permit? Mine has expired and I have not bothered to renew. Yeah, I know. I do have a copy of my Form 4 signed back in 1999 though. This would be for the CLEO sign off that I would get at the sheriff's office at the Media Courthouse.

Can photos be printed on 20lb paper with an ink jet printer? I mean will the BATFE accept those? I could even print them directly onto the Form 1.

I'm now 99% certain that I will be filing a Form 1 to make a suppressor.

I am closing in on a design to go with. I just need to do a mock up to get certain details worked out. This is going to happen.
