    Default comp-tac vs. scorpion

I have a scorpion scabard from desantis for my glock 27 and i really like it. I just purchased an HK p2000 and i want to get a "scabard" type iwb holster. i have heard a lot of people talk of the comp tac. Anybody out there happen to have expierience with both so that we could directly compare?

HK p2000: scorpion or comp-tac, please advise.

Looking at them side by side, my preference would be for the Comp-Tac MTAC. Nearly identical design (leather back with kydex body) but the MTAC looks to have greater adjustability for ride height and cant as well as the option to get other bodies letting you use it for multiple guns instead of buying multiple holsters.

Please help my Baby Kitties and I avoid being homeless.

I WANTed a MTAC for my HK P7 but I talked to them and ...

No thumbreak available. The sole retention (other than the general "squeeze") is the dimple in the triggerguard (see the picture).

They refuse to do a version for the P7M8 (only the P7 PSP) even though they have the mold and offer it in some of their full kydex holsters.

    Now I'm considering this ...

    http://www.kdholsters.com/iwb-defend.php

$85, IWB and OWB, Thumbreak available as a $10 option.

    Big downside ... 14-16 weeks!
