Re: Target World Chalfont, Pa
Maybe I just got lucky, Carmen was extremely helpful and answered some questions I had on a Ruger. Very pleasant experience.

Re: Target World Chalfont, Pa
Like I said must have been luck, he greeted me as I walked thru the door. Pointed me in the right direction for my Pearce grips and gave me space to browse. Then when I approached him about the SR9 he pulled 3 out to show me and told me everything about them.
Like I said maybe I was lucky.

Re: Target World Chalfont, Pa
I've been dealing with them off and on since the mid 90s. They are rude, cocky and arrogant. I boycotted T.W. for about 6yrs but when some friends that live local to T.W. started getting into guns and shot there on weekends and I went with them. The range crew seemed ok over all but the knobs upstairs are hands down some of the worst retail sales people I have ever dealt with.
Today (May 18th) I almost choked one of the sales guys. He straight told me that if "you dont spend $3k or more on an AR platform gun then you are buying junk" and that my LMT is bottom end and that my Spikes Tactical AR is "garbage". Even through he has never seen, shot or held a Spikes gun.
The other thing I noticed lately is that the sales people wear street clothes and nothing nice/clean? Ripped jeans, funky tee-shirts, boonie hats?! If Im going to spend 1000s of dollars on a nice rifle, they could at least wear a polo shirt and clean jeans.
And with all that said. I worked retail/sales most of my working life and now own a retail business for 4yrs. I know retail/sales from both sides.
I'm boycotting them once more.
Tanners, (my favorite)
Colmar Arms and Ammo,
Donleys
Classic Pistol.......................All good shops. They will get my business.

No no, American Arms and Ammo, in Colmar, on Route 309. It's between MAACO and Jiffy Lube, a little bit south of the Hilltown WalMart.

Across from Goombas and the beer stop, south side of 309 in Colmar. I believe their sign says American Arms and Ammo.

Politicians who fear the people seek to disarm them.
People who fear their government's intentions refuse to be disarmed.

Re: Target World Chalfont, Pa
I shoot at Target World weekly and they treat me well. I like the way they review safety procedures with people before they enter the practice area. I believe it helps keep people safe.
As far as the store is concerned, I ordered a stainless Kimber Solo from both Target World and Tanners on the same day. It is going to be interesting who gets one first.
