    Default Ammo

    I have used ammoman over in NJ a few times. My experiences with them have been good for bulk purchases.

    Top line click on "retail" for store diections. If you want to save a lot, go pick it up. He is in Berlin, NJ. It's not hard to get to. I still have some family in NJ and when I visit I get my friends to chip in for whatever they need also. Usually the more you buy, the more you will save.

    Shipping costs have gone through the roof, having a local like this really can help save some money.

    I love ammoman, that's where I get most of my ammo. I've heard if you go and pick up the ammo you can save a lot of money depending on how close you are (me, I'm right across the river)

    ++1 on Ammoman

    Been using them for a while now and you can not find a easier way to buy bulk ammo. I have found slightly cheaper .223, .308 & AK rounds elsewhere but never better service.

    I have known that you can get a better price by going there but how much cheaper? Are they open every day. I seem to remember that you had to call them to see if they are open to visitors. Open on weekends?

    I was wondering why this was in the General section instead of the Ammunition section.

    Old thread. Must'a been displaced during the great Rotzing of 1812.

    I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

    Hmmm, I wonder how many members even know what you are talking about. I remember when some members had their rep sent back to zero.

    On topic, ammoman used to have good prices, now he's more expensive than the good deals that can be found.

    Also, I've just about given up on .22lr. Hard to find it at sane prices. I understand supply and demand, I just can't understand why people are willing to buy .22 ammo at anything above 6 cents a round. The whole reason why .22 is fun, is that it's so cheap to shoot. No cheap, no fun.
    You can never have enough horsepower or ammunition.
