Recently purchased OEM magazine for Walther PPK/S, 380, and after three reloads of five rounds the magazine fell out and the next round jammed each and every time on the second or third round. Contacted S&W, had to leave phone message. No response after three business days, even though S&W message said they would respond in 24 hours.

I would appreciate any feedback.
