Re: Cool looking little pistol
You right but now I'm torn cause I have been thinking
about getting a target pistol in 22. There is a few real nice
pistols in that catagory since I'm not rolling in money at this
time I'll probably get a auto. They are higher but if I were going
to spend 300 on this one? It be smarter to use that $300
toward the auto which is more practical & would be more fun
than just a cute conversation piece.

Re: Cool looking little pistol
I'm looking at it as a BUG. I already have a 22lr semi
Ruger Pre-warning Mk1 4 7/8" barrel.
I don't think I own my ideal carry piece yet.

It would be nice as a bug. But that thing isnt something you take to the range alot. I think they are awkard to shoot.

Re: Cool looking little pistol
That looks like one of the American Arms tiny revolvers, maybe the "Black Widow." I am intrigued by the small size and easy carry-ability (is that a word?) of these little jewels. But they are single action. Note there's no trigger guard. They have different types that take 22, 22lr, and 22mag bullets. There are concerns about stopping power, of course.
Interestingly, they have some bullets for these weapons which have shot in them, for little critters like snakes near your feet. (Maybe I can get one that shoots glitter.---Ha!)
I've never fired one. The prices are very good in my opinion, and they are light. I think I'd leave a chamber empty for carrying one, no matter that they have a slot kind of safeguard. Soon I hope to fire one.

Re: Cool looking little pistol
I have one in .22 Magnum.

It is a cute little thing. I don't normally carry a BUG, but I have been thinking about starting to carry the NAA-Black Widow as a BUG. It would probably be better than nothing, but I am not sure yet... It is not easy to shoot accurately at all, and the stopping power is definitely not there. It would probably be more of a false sense of security than effective self defense... But then again, I would rather try to shoot a BG with the little pea shooter than punch him in the nose.
Still undecided.

Re: Cool looking little pistol
I bought this model a couple years ago. Fits very nicely in a pocket and affords you a better "grip".
Have nothing but good things to say about NAA's customer support!

Make sure you wear hearing protection when shooting these little things. They are LOUD!
