Before you do any adjustments....... You need to shoot off a bench or some solid surface. This way you can be sure where the gun is shooting and that you're not doing something wrong. Once you have the GUN sighted in, and you can't hit the target, it's your technique. And there's lots of help available on that!

    Good luck.

AS schr8er2000 said you move rear sight in the direction you want to go. If you have a fixed sight and a movable front sight the front is moved in opposit direction. Also I would try some different ammo and manufactures before moving anything. Find one that shoots well and then adjust.

+1 more about that recommendation to shoot the gun from the bench before you do anything.
The distance should not make a difference as to whether or not the gun is shooting high and left. It is or it isn't, if it's the gun. It will be more and more obvious as distance increases but if the sights are off then the gun will shoot where they are pointed at three yards, ten, or twenty.

Move the target to the left and up a little bit.

Just bustin yer balls a bit. Move back sight to the right and down. Shoot from a bench with a good solid rest.
