Looking for AR smith in Pittsburgh area

I have a DPMS LR-308 AP4 with the free float aluminum tube on it. I have the DPMS free float 4 rail handguard that I need put on. Who can do that for me locally? Stewart's? Jack's Black Rifle? I need someone I can get ahold of and is available and preferably someone that can do it while I wait. Anyone have an idea of cost?

I do not have the proper tools to do it myself so that is not an option and I'd much rather pay someone than mess up my LR.

Jack can do it for you most likely, youll have to schedule something with him as his rifle stuff is not his primary business.
