Hey Lancaster folk.
Well I'm new on this forum, I've kind of been a lurker here for a while now, so first of all hello. Second I was wondering if there are any members of the Southern Lancaster Farmers Sportsmen Club that might be willing to tell me a bit about the club. I'm looking at possibly joining and have been curious how it stacks up against other local clubs.

Re: Hey Lancaster folk.
Hello and welcome. Yes I am a member of SLCFSA. I like it alot. They have a 1000yd Rifle Range, 4 trap houses, 3 50' pistol/22lr ranges, 50 or 100yd Pistol Range and a 100 Yd Pistol/Muzzleloader range, Outdoor Archery and Indoor archery shoots. Open 7 days a week. If interested in going to check it out some Saturday let me know via email and I would be happy to show you around.

I don't think we are talking about the same club. I was referring to the Southern Lancaster Farmers Sportsmen Association.

I used to be a member there and the longest range they had at the time was 200yds. This was before they built the rifle range above the other. I didn't think they had enough land for a 1k range?

Re: Hey Lancaster folk.
In fact it is 200 yards. Club also has a 100 yard rifle range which is adjacent to the aforementioned.
Club is great. Being a pistol shooter, I like the three 50 ft. combat ranges along with a police style pistol range with 7,15,25, and 50 yard markers. The club has over 90 acres, most of their property is not used for ranges. They lease much of their acreage to a farmer.

Re: Hey Lancaster folk.
I was getting excited for a minute there... I have been looking for a range that has facilities for long range shooting.
