Default Setup to carry 2 AR mags and 2 Glock mags - suggestions?

I need a belt/chest/whatever setup to carry 2 AR mags and 2 Glock 30 mags for monthly competitions at the range. The AR will be slung and the Glock will be in a SERPA on my right hip. So my left side is open for mags. What do you guys recommend?

But for comp I would go with individual holders on a belt.

Right.....for comp, belt holders are best.

I'm not quite sure...but a limcat mag holder will hold an AR mag perfectly (or just tape two together...even one just upside down to the other...faster than the mag pouch listed).....and I think it would hold a Glock mag as well. It works that way with my STI. If I can get at Glock mag at the next group shoot, I will check.

Try a EGL "chimp". I don't have one myself, but I've only heard great things about them.

That looks perfect, but my Google Fu is weak. I need a link please!

I'm bumping this thread. I found that carrier, but I don't think it's a belt holder and I won't want to run a vest, and the guy isn't taking orders anyway. Any other suggestions? I need to carry two 30 round PMAGs and 2 Glock 30 mags.

Its expensive, but I have one for work...

100 bucks, but it holds three and three, plus shotty shells if you are into that.

I have my rifle. Do you?

The tactical vests and such retain great, but are painfully slow in competition. You're better off with something like this:

Add some regular kydex mag pouches and roll.

If you liked the EGL, you could try this one from Eagle (it's belt compatible):

You could run two of them side by side. SKD has the OD one's in stock.

Lycan may have a point though; for pure speed, it's hard to beat kydex.

Said that you where running a SERPA holster so i do not think you would be against sticking with BlackHawk

    If you really want to

If you do not have a good belt i would go with one of these

    Under Belt

I have a set up very close to this.

As for the AR how about something along these lines
