    I find that the Butler Creek size small,works the best for me, and doesnt add much bulk.

    I used them for years without any problems. Don't know why they would interfere with the mag release unless they were put on wrong.

    I tried one last summer but it slipped too much for my liking. I now use Agrip and love it.
