I just bought 500 bullets for only $52, so their prices are more than double what I paid. Unfortunately I bought the last of their stock so they're sold out now, but I got mine from Golden West Brass. Shipping was a bit high $16) so I paid $68 total for 500 bullets, which is the best I've seen.

In case anyone isn't aware of it, if you remove the gas piston from your SKS it will function as a straight-pull bolt action. If you're sighting-in or just shooting slow fire, you won't have to chase after your brass.
As to the reloading, I haven't reloaded any 7.62X39 but I have used 4198 powder in other rifle rounds....it's terribly hard to meter. It's an extruded powder and the little "sticks" take a good bit of force to shear off when they go through the powder measure. PITA, IMO.There are three kinds of people in this world....them what's good at math and them what ain't.
