Antique Gun Appraiser in Berks?
I have a friend whose father has a pre-Revolutionary War musket ~1756 that he wants to insure. However, to insure it, he needs an appraisal of its value. Anyone know of an appraiser in Berks? Thanks!

Can always try Cabela's. I'm pretty sure they keep an appraiser on staff, but you should probably call ahead and schedule an appointment.

Gun Traders on Rt 61 just outside of Reading. Bill is a great guy and knows what he is looking at.

I have used Mike Fix, in the flying hills area. One of the few gunsmiths left around.
