Other than your need to "shOOt", do you have HOBBIES or other interests?

We all have something in common, we love our guns and we love to shoot em,

but do pistol packing gun slingers have other interests too?

When I'm not working or going to gun shops/shows or the shooting range, I like to sing!

I like to go to karaoke clubs/bars or just sing at home on my karaoke machine.


How about you guys/gals, what are your hobbies/interests/activities in addition to firearms?

Love to ski. I am a ski instructor and now a Ski Patroller at Blue Knob Ski Resort. I kayak a good bit (Recreational, no hard core white water for me) I mountain bike. I hike a good bit. The better half and the kids and I love to go camping. Usually go out once a month at least from April till Sept or Oct.

You don't want to hear me sing, that's for sure.

i play bass guitar.

i hike/camp/rock climb/cave.

i take my truck "wheelin'". i also like to tinker with it. (and i play mechanic for all my friends.)

i play sports...mostly ultimate frisbee these days. this is prolly my most serious hobby nowadays...i play for a team that has qualified to play in the national championship tournament the last two years. we qualified for the world championships in australia two years ago, but not enough of us could take the time off work/afford to go which was a bummer.

Lately, I've been looking for a second job so I can buy more guns. Been thinking about pursuing some NFA weapons, etc. I'm also looking at my options for going to law school in the area.

Ballroom dancing, floral arrangement, crying at weddings, long walks in the park, sunsets, and renewing my license to kill.

I don't do much else than shoot, clean guns, watch the news, and eat wings and see movies once in awhile. I guess I'm boring? I don't really care for the bar scene, which is Erie's top thing to do.

Ski/Snowboarding. I do both and compeet in both. I race Snowboards. National chapion this year in the 17-20 division for nastar. and I do free style skiing. I love the half pipe.

I watch snowboard movies, watch ski movies, dream about snow, pray for snow, look at snow pics, snow, snow, snow, snow, snow, snow. I recently figgured out that I like snow better then i like sex. I love snow. I reallllllllllllllllllly love snow.

Besides shooting pistol and trap… My favorite hobby is my grandkids. I enjoy taking my 5 year old grandson to karate and t-ball. I ride a Suzuki 1200 Bandit when I can break away, collect coins and swords.

Used to be fishing on Long Island, sold the center console when we moved here and haven’t tried fresh water fishing yet.
